Welcome to The MASTERS Program, founded by John Bishop in 2010, who believed every student can learn and excel academically with consistent community support and with guidance from dedicated and highly trained teachers who embrace the ideals of knowledge, leadership, respect, and virtue.

Located on Santa Fe Community College’s campus, TMP serves more than 250 high school students each year. TMP’s tradition of academic excellence and a commitment to empowering TMP students to find their place in the world as well-rounded citizens of the world.
Our Philosophy
With our emphasis on the Socratic method, critical thinking, and active dialogue, we offer individual curriculum to honor each student’s learning preferences and interests, in addition to fostering deep understanding and intellectual growth. We are a community that celebrates curiosity and exploration, cultivates potential, and inspires students to become lifelong learners. With a student-to-teacher ratio of 18:1, hundreds of college courses in various subject areas, and high school courses taught by our expert instructors, The MASTERS Program provides unique and rich opportunities for discovery and exploration, of both self and subject matter.
